  • How do I get to your store at Paya Lebar?
    Our main store is in Trinity Christian Church at Paya Lebar.
    Use the map below for directions on how to get here.
  • What are the operating hours for your store?
    Our operating hours are:

    Monday - Thursday ~ 10:00am to 7:00pm

    Friday - Saturday ~ 10:00am to 8:00pm

    Sunday ~ 9:00am to 7:00pm

    Public Holidays ~ Closed

  • How do I create an account?
    Click on my account at the top right hand corner of the website and you will be prompted to a login page. If you are a new customer, click on the Create Account button and simply fill out your particulars on our new user registration form.

  • How do I edit my account information?
    You will have to be a registered user to edit your account information. If you are already logged in, simply click on my account at the top right hand corner of the website. You can then access & edit your information, edit/add delivery addresses, change account password and view your wishlist.

  • I forgot my password, what should I do?
    Not a problem at all. Just click here and a new password will be sent to your email address. Remember, it is good practice to change your password often for security reasons.

  • When will my order be confirmed?
    You can check your order status by logging in to your account and click on the view orders button. All orders placed online will receive an "Order In Process" acknowledgement. Once we confirm that the items you have ordered is in stock and have received your payment, you will receive "Order Confirmed" acknowledgement and we will keep you posted when delivery is on the way. If some or all items are not in stock, we will contact you to seek your advice for partial delivery or adjustment of order.

  • Confirmation of Orders
    You will receive an email acknowledgement within the day when you place an order with us. If the item you've ordered is not available, we will send you an email to inform you. No charge to your credit card will be made if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods.

  • If an order is not accepted, or if order have been cancelled, it may be for one of the following reasons:
    1. The product you have ordered is unavailable from stock.
    2. We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
    3. A pricing or product description error has been identified.
    4. We did not receive any payment from you within 3 days from date of order.

  • How do I cancel an order?
    To cancel an order, you have to inform us by phone at +65-67499639 during office hours, or e-mail us at customerservice@funkyb.com. Please have your order number ready and give us your name, details of your order and contact number.

    Order cancellation or alteration should reach us before the order is processed and shipped out (normally within 24 hours of order acknowledgement). However, you may make arrangement with us for exchange after you have received your order, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

  • How do I track my order?
    You may track your order status online by going to my account, or simply pick up the phone and call us at 65-67499639 and quote us your Order Number. If you have forgotten your order number, you can log in to our website to view your Account Information.

  • How do I place a Gift order?
    You may place your gift orders online and have the gift delivered straight to your loved ones. Simply indicate the recipient's delivery address when checking out. Please note that gift orders will only be processed after we have received your payment. A scripture bookmark with your personalized message is included at NO extra charge. Please specify message in your comments when checking out.

  • Return & Exchange Policy - Easy Exchanges
    We know you're going to love our products, but just in case you're not completely satisfied with your item, we've made your exchange easy and hassle-free. Simply bring your item together with the delivery order to our store at Paya Lebar within 7 days of delivery to exchange for a similar priced item.

  • Exceptions to exchange policy
    Our exchange policy does not apply if the item(s) have been used, washed, worn, soiled or damaged. Sale & promotional items or items purchased as special orders are also non-returnable. All returns must be accompanied by the delivery order, and all merchandise tags/packaging must be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item that does not meet the above requirements. Shipping and handling charges are also not refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

  • What options do we have for local delivery in Singapore?
    There are 3 options available for local delivery:
    (a) Local Courier
    (b) Local Registered Mail
    (c) Self Collection at our main store at Paya Lebar

    We offer free delivery in Singapore via Local Registered Mail if your order is above S$100.

  • When Will My Items Ship?
    Orders ship Monday - Friday, and most items ship in 1-2 business days after receiving your payment. However some take longer dependant on the item. Orders placed on the weekend with full payment received, will be shipped promptly on the following Monday or Tuesday. Please allow 4-7 working days for SingPost to deliver your item to you. In the case of an item being out of stock you will be notified and it will be shipped promptly after arriving directly to you. To check your order status at anytime visit the my account page and view your order history

    Please note that if you choose to have your item shipped by Local Registered Mail we will not be responsible for any lost mails by SingPost. Your items are properly weighed by the post office counter staff and registered before being handed to the staff at the counter. Therefore we will not entertain any request for refunds for lost mails. You can call Singpost at 68456210 to enquire about your mails.

  • How Will My Items Ship?
    We utilize both Local Courier and SingPost Local Registered Mail services to ensure the prompt delivery of your items.

    For Local Registered Mail shipping method, you can track your items at the SingPost website using the provided tracking # in your order history page to see when they will arrive.

  • Local Courier
    For Local Courier, our delivery times are from 9am to 6pm daily, Mondays to Fridays. The delivery man will call you to arrange for a convenient time to make delivery.

    In the event that an attempted delivery failed as a result of:-

    • The customer not being contactable to confirm delivery time and address prior to attempting delivery;
    • The customer is not at the delivery address after confirming delivery time and address and attempting delivery;
    • The customer providing a wrong address and delivery was attempted at the wrong address;

    An additional $8 will need to be collected from the customer upon making a second delivery.

  • Shipping Rates
    Shipping rates are based upon the total order estimated shipping weight and will be displayed before you confirm your order during the checkout process. You may choose between Local Courier, Local Registered Mail or Self-Collection when checking out.

    Shipping charges for international orders will be confirmed via email before shipping out your order. No charges will be made to your credit card until you've accepted the shipping rates for international orders.

  • FREE Shipping Promotion
    We offer free shipping to a single address within Singapore and is not valid for international addresses. A minimum order of $100 excluding shipping charges is required.

  • How do I take advantage of your FREE Shipping offer?
    1. Place over $100 of eligible products in your Shopping Cart.
    2. Click on "Checkout".
    3. Ship your items to a single Singapore address.
    4. Your shipping charges will be automatically waived.
    5. Confirm your order, and enjoy the free shipping!

    Please note: Some special product, order, or handling fees may still apply. We reserve the right to change or discontinue FREE Shipping at any time.

  • International Shipping Options and Times
    Shipping charges for international addresses will be advised separately after we have confirmed stock availability. Select Self-Collect option during the checkout process. We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please allow 14-21 working days for your item to be delivered to you.

  • What are the Payment Options?
    For your convenience, we offer three easy options for payment:

    1.   Funds Transfer
    Our bank account number will be sent to you via email once we have confirmed that the item you've ordered is available. You can instruct your bank to transfer the amount due to our bank account from the convenience of your home through internet banking or you can go to any ATM machine to effect the funds transfer. Please indicate your order number when you are effecting the transfer so that we know that the payment is from you. To be sure, you may want to send us an email at customerservice@funkyb.com so that we can check that your payment is correctly applied to your order.

          Please note that if payment is not received within 3 working days from the order date, your order will be automatically cancelled.

    2.   Credit Card
    We accept Visa or MasterCard payments through PayPal, our credit card payment processing gateway. Your card will not be charged until we have confirmed that the item you've ordered is available. All charges through credit cards will be billed in US$.

    3.   Self Collection
    If you have opted for self-collection at our store (Level 2, Bishan Junction 8), no prior payment need to be made. You can make cash payment at our store when you pick up your item. Please note that we will hold items for a maximum of 7 days, after which, your order will be deemed to be cancelled.

  • How secure is payment by credit card?
    Your credit card payments are processed through PayPal. To learn about how PayPal helps you to shop and make payment in a secure manner visit the PayPal Security Center for more information. What's important to note is that your financial information, including your credit card details are kept private from Funky B. and we have no access to that information at any point at all.

    Even though your credit card information is not stored on our site, it is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

  • How do I sign up for Funky B. Membership?

    You can sign up for Funky B. Membership at our store at Trinity Paya Lebar. Annual membership fees of $5 is payable upon application. Membership privileges include:

    - 15% discount on normal priced items.
    - 20% discount in the month of your birthday.
    - Special discounts for selected items.
    - 1st hand news about the latest offers at Funky B.

    Please note that the FUNKY BELIEVER card is strictly not transferable and the cardmember must produce identification as and when required.

  • What is the default currency used on the website?
    All prices are indicated in Singapore dollars. Please use the drop-down option on the left navigation box to view prices in US dollar.
